Newark airport and the passport.

I think the best way to summarise this post is to copy my facebook update :


John Smith fuck. I've just left my passport in a taxi somewhere in new york.

    • Tom Myring Interesting you should mention that -had exactly same experience. My mum left hers in back of a Newark cab, after dropping off in Manhattan. Guy at dispatch laughed in my face when I described the driver..."errm... he was black?". Tracked him down though and got it. Glad you got yours, otherwise Pauly and Christopher Moltisanti could have got you a new one - but rumour is it's not cheap...

    • John Smith I took a taxi back to the airport after getting to the hotel. I got the supervisor to check the system, they mark down which cab goes where at what time. They traced the fella down and he was back in 'the stack' at the airport. The super drove out there and found it in the back of his taxi. I was so happy when she turned up with it, I gave her a massive hug!

    • John Smith In the end I would have been disappointed if they didnt come back with it, I was shitting it when I first realised I'd left it, but in the end it was pretty straightforward.
