Heat and Humidity

Well this summer is a slap in the face to anyone who doesnt believe in climate change.
Thats you Adam Whiston!

Its been very hot for what seems like the longest time and we are now into early September.
I thought this latest heatwave would be shortlived - just one more day I keep telling myself
according to the weather reports but it is dragging on and on and on. Please let this be
the end of it, I hate sleeping in a furnace.

The one great thing about this summer is the almost complete lack of bugs, it has something
to do with it being a very dry May meaning there wasnt the usual water around for them to breed in.

In other news this weekend is labour day meaning we get one day off on monday to rest. Thats
nice. I have no plans other than to buy some cheap golf balls.

As its the Tarnish cup the weekend after! Very cool.

Ive been Charles in Charge the last two nights and so far so good although I do miss my Julie
I might have to get used to this if she gets her new job. I can cope quite well though so its no
hardship really. If we had more than one then I might complain but we dont so its cool.

Desjardins fucked me off today, im not going into it but I complained to their twitter feed
and got a friendly reply back! How unexpectedly modern.
