The Ashes are coming.

I like cricket.

Its probably my favourite sport all told. I have fond memories of summer holidays spent watching test match cricket on BBC1 day after day. Instead of being out and about enjoying the nice weather, I would choose
to listen to Boycott, Benaud, Illingworth and others commentating on England being beaten soundly by
all manner of teams from West Indies to Australia.

Even when losing I still loved to watch the game and its actually a shame that England are now a pretty good
team and I cannot for the life of me actually watch any cricket!

In fact one of the problems of living here is the time difference to England making it rather tricky to catch
much in the way of test matches. Except for now... now its the Ashes in Australia and the timing of the games
is actually perfect for me to actually watch some cricket on TV/Internet/wherever. Only thats the problem,
I cannot find the game available ANYWHERE. I would love to watch this in HD but that's out of the question, I know so I will take SD or an internet feed if I have to. I just want to watch.

Now. Who's going to win? My head tells me Australia, my heart says England. I think the key to the games
is if England can prevent the Aussies from scoring big at the start. By that I mean get through Watson and Clarke and hope Ponting and Hussey are showing signs of ageing. I think the middle order is fallible and the tail (perhaps Johnson aside) is as weak as any Aussie tail since bouncer got run over in Neighbours.

We will score runs but not massive scores, I think each test will be a result and each one could be close. Who can win the big moments like in the last Ashes will dictate who walks away with the urn.

C'mon england!
