Firstly, its been a somewhat succesful week at work - plenty of things went right and there were no real disasters.
Im Still (just about) hanging on to Ocsober. Last week I had a couple of moments when I felt like throwing in the towel and downing a bottle of Merlot but I abstained and im still standing abstemiously when I could in fact be languishing drunkenly on the floor.
Im counting down the days till the end of the month though - I really fancy a beer!
Otherwise things are ticking along nicely. I need to find a blogspot for my film reviews and ham up the page a bit more - I'll get onto that tonight perhaps.
As well as my new spinning machine. This is something that I've been thinking of getting for a while and
I tried it out last weekend and it was great. Needs a bit of work to tune it up but so far so good! No more
winters off exercising for me.
