Whats new?
Well... For the first time in my life I have voluntary quit a permanent job to go to another one.
Natwest Streamline : I was a temp. Not a permanent job.
TEC UK : I was made redundant on September 11, 2001.
Staples : I left to emigrate to Canada.
Epicor/NSB : I have quit my job to get a better one. Go me!
I suppose I was fed up with being chronically underpaid in comparison to my peers. I asked
this to be addressed in my last pay review. It was not to my satisfaction and so off I go.
Im really pleased to start this new job, I sat down a few months ago and decided i needed a change if I am being honest with myself. This position I found on jobboom.com and I applied and heard no more about it until out of the blue an email popped in my box. Its the perfect job for me I hope and exactly what i had in mind when I thought about what i wanted to do next.
Only problem is I am off on holiday and I am having to come back to complete my 2 weeks notice. This is a bit of a bummer but means I get paid for the whole time and there is no big gap in being paid.
