A good win at football yesterday was marred somewhat by 'would you believe it?' another lower body injury, this time to my right ankle. All the problems I have had with my left achilles tendon and now Ive bruised the area around my right foot, after landing awkwardly while trying an

overly ambitious shot on goal.

Still, a win is a win and we're back in second spot and now only 6 points behind the leader who we

play next weekend, there's actually a chance we might finish first overall - a long shot mind, but a chance. More importantly, I have calculated that if we simply just turn up for our next two games we will qualify in the top 4 and so thats job done as far as thats concerned and it looks like its going

to be us against one of the top two teams regardless so it doesnt actually matter where we finish from now on.

In follicle based news my moustache is still coming on. There are the usual blond hairs mixed in which makes the 'tache look thinner than what it is, Im hoping they will add character to the tache later on when its full bodied.

Im also still abstemious which is going really well, I did fancy a nice cold Heineken last night I can tell you but I am clearly quite determined to go the whole month without drinking a drop.

Speaking of end of the month it now looks likely that we will be in Cuba on December the 1st, so my first drink in a month will probably be some kind of rum concotion.
