Back at work today and it wasnt as bad as I thought.
Firstly the pilots been pushed back two weeks, as the client isnt ready - woo hoo more time for me.
Secondly despite having a cough and cold I coped well enough.
Tonight we watched two things 1) the return of shooting stars, George Dawes was very funny but
Vic and Bob showed why they are no longer on TV. Just. Not. Funny. Any. More.
2) Grumpy Old New Year. A program where middle aged and older people grumble about
how New Years Eve is a load of auld bollocks and I totally agreed with them which shows that
I must be getting old myself. Ah well it happens to us all.
Jenny Eclair is very funny though, she is so down to earth I love her. Lawrence LB from Ground Force is an utter utter Cunt though, no further explanation required.
The Mrs is out getting her metro pass renewed, however she just called to say she got stuck
in the snow. Great. I told her to put cat litter under the wheels, I really hope this works although
somehow I doubt it. Im going to have to go and get the car in a while Im sure. Firstly she will
have to walk home then I will have to walk to the car then I will have to get the car moving
somehow. Oh dear.
What else is new? Im deciding on opening an HSBC account for my RRSP. I realised I really
liked HSBC when I was in England and as I dont need them for branches I can really make do!
